Every Mobilyne Glide S1 ships with Free Ground Shipping — no hidden delivery fees.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched from our domestic fulfillment centers within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with trackable courier tracking so you can follow it door to door.

Delivery: Most orders arrive via standard ground courier. Transit time varies by location, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping damage: If your scooter arrives with visible shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mobilyne.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
